Discovering personal potential in the STEM field for teachers and other educational workers

Yesterday, February 22, trainings for teachers of partner schools began with the aim of discovering personal potential in the STEM field.

It is about education and mentoring workshops for discovering personal potential in STEM activities. The program includes education for teachers and professional associates on the personal potential of each person (20h) and Education on mentoring skills (20h), Education for teachers and professional associates on discovering and developing STEM potential in students (14h), mentoring workshops on conducting discovery and development workshops STEM potential with students (20h)) for 30 teachers and other educational staff from partner schools. This education includes the cost of holding education in Ilok and mentoring workshops to discover personal potential in STEM activities for 30 teachers and other educational staff from partner schools, 6 representatives from each partner elementary school.

The "Put do uspjeha" association, contracted to carry out the mentioned educations, started the first two days of the educational workshops with activities under the name - Education on talents, intelligence and personality traits.

The teachers and other educational workers attending the training were very impressed by this way of learning and improvement and left positive impressions that they passed on to us upon their return.
