The final and at the same time the third media conference of the project was held

On Friday, April 12, the final conference of the project Improvement of Infrastructure and Improvement of STEM Skills in Elementary Schools of Vukovar-Srijem County was held.
The head of the Administrative Department for Education and Social Activities, Assoc. Ph.D., graced the conference with her presence. Jadranka Mustapić-Karlić, Mayor of Gunja Municipality Mr. Anto Gutić and representatives of the municipalities of Drenovci, Cerna and Nijemci. We would like to thank them once again. We also express our gratitude to the Ministry of Regional Development for the trust they gave us as the holder, the VSZ Development Agency for writing the project proposal and all other participants who participated in any way in the realization of the project.
The realization of this entire project would not be possible without our valuable partners, namely: Society of Persons with Disabilities "Zvjezdice", Primary School Gradište, Primary School "Matija Antun Reljković" Cerna, Primary School Lipovac, Primary School "Julija Benešića" Ilok, Agricultural Forestry School Vinkovci , Multinorm d.o.o. from Cerna and our partners from the Kingdom of Norway.
The value of the project of €884,585.33 represents a serious investment in the future of our children and community. The goal of the project is to strengthen STEM skills and create new content in primary school education. Through the education of teachers and students, the implementation of acquired skills and the modernization of classrooms and equipping schools, we managed to bring the field of STEM closer to our children in an innovative and interesting way. The project particularly emphasized priority thematic areas such as natural sciences, information technology, inclusive education,
entrepreneurship and active citizenship. Through these topics, we wanted to prepare our children for the challenges of the future, encouraging them to develop skills that will enable them to successfully integrate into society and the labor market. Today, we can proudly say that we have made significant progress. But this is just the beginning. It is our responsibility to ensure that the fruits of our labor continue to develop and benefit generations to come.
